Aona Healthcare – Shipping Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Aona Healthcare Group Limited supplies mobility, rehabilitation, adaptive cycling, healthcare and related products throughout Ireland and, where available, to other destinations shown at checkout.

1. Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

The estimated delivery timeframe and applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • the product ordered;
  • whether the product is in stock;
  • product size and weight;
  • whether specialist or two-person delivery is required;
  • delivery location;
  • supplier availability; and
  • any additional configuration, assembly or preparation required.

For specialist or large mobility equipment, we may contact you after your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Where a specific delivery date or timeframe has been agreed with you, we will endeavour to deliver within that agreed period.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery within Ireland, subject to the delivery options available for the particular product.

Some products may have specific delivery restrictions because of their size, weight, configuration or other practical requirements.

If delivery to your location is not available for a particular product, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

International delivery may be available for selected products. Any available international delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the applicable delivery method, destination and/or product.

The delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Where a product qualifies for free delivery, this will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

For large, specialist or bulky mobility equipment, additional delivery arrangements may apply. Where an additional charge is required, we will communicate this to you before proceeding where required.

4. Large and Specialist Equipment

Some Aona Healthcare products are significantly larger or heavier than standard parcels.

These products may require:

  • specialist transport;
  • pallet delivery;
  • two-person delivery;
  • scheduled delivery;
  • additional access arrangements; or
  • delivery directly from a manufacturer or authorised supplier.

We may contact you to confirm access to the delivery address, suitable delivery arrangements and any relevant requirements before dispatch.

Please tell us before ordering if there are access restrictions such as narrow entrances, stairs, restricted parking or other circumstances that could affect delivery.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates displayed on our website or communicated to you are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date or timeframe.

If no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable Irish consumer law requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and, in general, no later than 30 days after the sales contract is concluded.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed period, or within the applicable statutory period where no period has been agreed, you may have rights to require delivery within an additional appropriate period and, in certain circumstances, to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

6. Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • courier or transport delays;
  • severe weather;
  • supplier delays;
  • manufacturing delays;
  • shortages;
  • customs or regulatory issues; or
  • other unforeseen circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

A delay does not remove any statutory rights you may have under Irish consumer law.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information is provided by the relevant delivery service and may not update immediately after dispatch.

8. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

If the packaging or product appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the packaging and product where possible.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have advised you whether it is required for inspection or a carrier claim.

If goods are damaged or do not conform to the contract, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us.

Where Aona Healthcare has arranged the delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law.

If goods are not delivered within the applicable agreed or statutory timeframe, you may have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an order has already been dispatched, additional delivery or re-delivery arrangements may be required.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Delivery to a Person Nominated by You

Where you nominate another person to receive your order, delivery will generally be regarded as having occurred when that person takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

12. Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is offered for a particular product, the applicable collection location, availability and collection instructions will be provided during the ordering process.

You should not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready for collection.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Consumers purchasing goods online have protections under Irish consumer law concerning delivery, non-delivery, damaged goods and goods that do not conform to the contract.

Where Aona Healthcare arranges delivery using a courier or other carrier, your contract remains with Aona Healthcare and we remain responsible for delivery until the goods are received by you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.
